PomCymru pomeranian puppies selling T&C

By signing our contracts, the buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Health & Welfare

1. Our puppies/dogs are purebred Pomeranians. 

2. Our puppies/dogs are of typical temperament and structure and embodies the basic standards of the Pomeranian breed.

3. We have taken every care with breeding, rearing and the welfare of the dog.

4. The dog is believed to be in good health and is sold in good faith. We make no warranty however, as to the health and disposition of the dog.

5. Buyer understands and accepts that puppy colour may slightly change as he grows. (ex. Sable pomeranians are usually very dark at birth. Orange sable Pomeranian puppies often appear greyer than orange at six weeks etc). 

6. The puppy/dog is healthy at the time of sale and has had immunizations enumerated in the attached health record.

7. The Buyer(s) is strongly advised to take the dog to their Vet soon after purchase (i.e. within 72 hrs) for a general check and advice.

8. The buyer agrees to take full responsibility for the care and well-being of the puppy immediately upon purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, providing the puppy with food, water, shelter, exercise, and veterinary care.

9. The buyer also agrees to train the puppy and socialise it properly. 

10. Buyer will make sure his garden is secure, and this puppy will not be kept permanently in a kennel or crate,or tied up and will not be regularly left unattended.

Transfer of Ownership and Registration

Upon payment in full of the Purchase Price, Seller will share the unique code to officially transfer ownership and registration of the Dog to Buyer. New owners can change the registered ownership of their puppy online on the KC website: https://www.thekennelclub.org.uk/

Payment Terms

1.  A non-refundable deposit will confirm the reservation of the dog/puppy, as well as full acceptance of these terms and conditions. An upfront fee is used to cover the cost of administration, planning and preparations and will hold a puppy or hold buyer’s spot in the queue if there is a waitlist.

2. Full payment of the remaining balance is required before the puppy/dog is transferred to the buyer. It is the buyers’ responsibility to ensure that their banking apps are working properly and  they have enough funds before making a full payment for the puppy in case they decide to make the payment at our premises.

3. We cannot transfer the puppy/dog until the full payment is received.

4. The deposit will be fully refunded in case if Breeder cannot supply this puppy anymore (ex. death or illness of the puppy, making it unfit for sale).

Fitness of purpose

1. Our dogs/puppies were bred as companion animals, and we do not provide any warranty as to the Dog’s fitness for any specific purpose, including obedience trials, show ring performance, and/or breeding purposes.

2. We in no way guarantee that this puppy/dog shall win in conformation and/or performance events.

Buyer’s Right to Return the dog in the case of a defect

1.  The Buyer shall have 3 working days to have the puppy/dog examined by a practising Veterinary Surgeon and shall have the right during a period not exceeding 24hrs after such examination to return the dog because of a defect provided that the dog has not been damaged in any way..

2. The Buyer will then be entitled to a refund of the paid price, less the non-refundable deposit.

3. The Seller will reimburse no veterinary or shipping costs.

4. The deposit will be fully refunded in case if Breeder cannot supply this puppy anymore (ex. death or illness of the puppy, making it unfit for sale).

5. Should it become necessary, the buyer(s) should be aware that the return of a dog can be very difficult, especially emotionally and, having drawn the attention of the buyer(s) to this, the Breeder cannot be held responsible for any distress caused by the return of the dog. Where possible, an alternative dog will be offered in exchange.

6. Sellers will NOT replace a puppy due to heat stroke, abuse/neglect, accidents, or improper socialisation.

7. Buyer agrees that they have thoroughly researched the Pomeranian breed, and understand the health issues they can possess. Buyer is responsible for all medical costs of their puppy. (No refunds will be given)

Other T&C

1. The buyer agrees to maintain the puppy/dog’s health with yearly vaccinations as specified by their veterinarian.

2. Should the puppy/dog become ill or unsound, any and all costs of treatment will be the responsibility of the buyer.

3. The buyer acknowledges that special coat care, conditioning, training, and feeding are necessary to produce a competitive Pomeranian in conformation and performance events and that this care and training is his/her responsibility
